Yes, in your monthly Care fee: BDS$200/month on Starter, BDS$250/month on Business. That covers hosting, SSL, security, backups, monitoring, updates, analytics and support. Prefer to self-host? We’ll export the site; further work is a new quote.
The setup fee covers designing and building the site. The monthly Care fee keeps it online and looked after: hosting, security, backups, updates and support time. Additional pages are BDS$150 each, and extra manual work beyond your monthly allowance is BDS$75/hour.
The two-week clock starts only when handover is complete. If content is delayed, the launch date shifts by the same amount. No penalty to us, and the guarantee still applies from handover.
On Business Website, yes: menus, properties, services, galleries and pricing are yours to manage through the content portal, and those changes don’t count toward your support allowance. On Starter, send changes to us and we’ll make them within your monthly allowance.
