Automated WhatsApp responses to the questions you answer over and over, especially after hours: services, prices, hours, location, FAQs and basic enquiry collection.
More advanced automation: bookings, availability, CRM actions, reminders, payment links and third-party integrations.
Your Care plan is set by your package: Starter Website comes with Starter Care, Business Website with Business Care.
Changes you make yourself through the client portal, such as adding a property, changing a menu price or uploading photos, do not count toward your monthly support allowance. That time is only for work you hand to us.

Your Care plan. It keeps the site online and looked after: hosting, SSL, security, backups, monitoring, platform updates, analytics and support time. It starts at launch and covers a set allowance of manual changes each month.
